On motion and the Petition of MISS PEARL EVANS she being more than 16 years old, T. H. AVERY was this day appointed the Guardian of PEAR EVANS, MABELL EVANS, JOHN EVANS and WHITMAN EVANS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Thereupon the said T. H. AVERY came into open Court and entered into bond in the sum of One Thousand Dollars with J. C. SMOTHERS and J. D. WORTHAM as his securities\u2026
