W. B. PERRY
Adm of
W. N. ELLIS Deceased<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On motion W. B. PERRY was this day appointed Administrator of the Estate of W. N. ELLIS Deceased whereupon the said W. B. PERRY came into Court and entered into Bond in the sum of Five hundred dollars $500.00 with R. L. HAMIL and ASA DEAN as his securities which Bond was severally acknowledged in open Court approved by the Court and ordered to be recorded the said W. B. PERRY was duly Qualified and it was ordered that letters of Administration issue to the said W. B. PERRY<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Monday, September 2nd A.D. 1872\n\nW. N. ELLIS deceased\n\nOrdered by the Court that GEORGE DEAN, T. F. CONYERS and R. T. HAMIL be and they are hereby appointed Commissioners to set apart to the minor children under fifteen years of age of said deceased all the property exempt from Execution of the esate of W. N. ELLIS deceased and report to the next term of this Court.<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\nTuesday, October 8th A.D. 1872<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ordered by the Court that T. F. CONYERS, R. T. HAMIL and GEORGE DEAN be allowed until the next term of this Court to make their report as Commissioners to set apart all property Exempt from execution of the Estate of W. N. ELLIS deceased<\/p>\n\n\n\n
