W. T. AGEE was this day appointed Guardian of W. D. DAVIS, JAMES M. DAVIS and FRANCIS A. DAVIS whereupon the said W. T. AGEE came into Court and entered into Bond in the sum of Five hundred dollars with D. T. AGEE and W. M. WALKER as his securities which was severally acknowledged in open Court approved by the Court and ordered to be recorded and W. T. AGEE was duly Qualified as Guardian<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CURRY former Guardian of said minors amounting to 87 93\/ Eighty Seven and 93\/100 dollars which was ordered to be recorded on the Guardian account books.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
