On motion T. A. BRADSHAW was this day appointed Guardian of JOSEPH MARION BRADSHAW, S. B. L. A. BRADSHAW, NANCY E. FRANCIS BRADSHAW and M. J. BRADSHAW. Whereupon the said T. A. BRADSHAW came into open Court and entered into Bond in the sum of one thousand with C. E. McQUERTER and N. A. McMILLON as his securities who severally acknowledge said Bond in open Court which was approved by the Court and ordered to be recorded and the said T. A. BALLARD [as written] was duly Qualified as the Law directs as Guardian of Said Minors<\/p>\n\n\n\n
