In this cause it appearing to the court that there went into the hands of said Guardian about the sum of Three Hundred and Seventy five dollars belonging to the following parties WALTER BOSWELL, JAMES BOSWELL, NICK BOSWELL and MAGGIE BOSWELL and said parties are minors. It further appearing to the court that said minors have no estate other than the above and that they need said funds to be expended for their maintenance and support and said sum being less than $150.00 each in pursuance to section 3360 of the code of Tennessee the said ROSANNA BOSWELL now ROSANNA BOON is hereby authorized and empowered to expend said money for their benefit\u2026
