On motion SID AVERY was this day appointed the administrator of the estate of R. K. BOON deceased.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Thereupon the said SID AVERY came into open court and into Bond in the sum of One Thousand Dollars with T. H. AVERY and J. T. STAMPS as his securities\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ordered by the court that W. J. LAMBERT, J. T. STAMPS and JOE PRIVETT be and they are hereby appointed to set apart one years support for MRS. BOOK [should be Boon] and family out of R. K. BOON deceased estate\u2026 [later report states that there are 6 children]
