On motion SID AVERY was this day appointed Guardian of M. L. BOON, ADDIE B. BOON, ALBERT BOON, ROSA BOON and HOWARD S. BOON minor children of R. K. BOON deceased.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Thereupon the said SID AVERY came into open court and entered into bone in the sum of Three Thousand and Five Hundred Dollars with D. V. AVERY, T. H. AVERY and W. N. BEASLY as his securities\u2026
