Nolen their heirs and assigns , a certain tract<br>or parcial of land in Crockett county ,State of Tennessee , as follows :<br>In the town of Alamo lying and being on the East side of the hard surface road; south of the<br>public of the public square begining at the south west corner of said lot on the said hard<br>surface road ; and running east 116 feet to Emerson West boundary line ; thence North 169<br>feet to Nolen&#8217;s lot ; thence west 116 feet to said Bells St . on hand surface road ; thence<br>South 116 feet to the beginning .<br>A special lien is retained on said lot by said T.H. Durham to secure and make certain the<br>payment of same .<br>To have and to hold the said tract or parcial of land , with the appurtenances ,estate , title ,<br>and interest thereto belonging ,to the said W.N. Nolen , J.P. Nolen , and L.N. Nolen their<br>heirs and assigns , forever . And I do covenant with th e said J.P. Nolen , W.N. Nolen and<br>L.N. Nolen that I am lawfully seized and possessed of said land in fee simple ; have a good right<br>to convey it , and the same is unencumbered .<br>And I do futher covenant and bind myself and my heirs and representatives , to warrant and<br>forever defend the title to said land to the said J.P.
