Tennessee Code Annotated<\/em> \u00a78-13-118 provides for registration of military discharge documents in the County Register’s office.<\/p>\n

Note that military discharge documents recorded before the first book may be in other volumes.  Consider those if you are unable to find a record.<\/p>\n
