I Michael Harvey<\/strong> have this day bargained and Sold and by these presents do convey to Richard McQueen<\/strong> for the consideration of the Sum of Two hundred and fifty Dollars to me in hand paid the recept of which is hereby acknowledged. A certain Tract of parcel of land lying in the 10th civil district of Blount and State of Tennessee on the Rocky ridge near Louisville. Bounded and described in a deed from Jane and Wm. P. Gillesfree<\/strong> to the said C. W. Saffell<\/strong> bearing date the 10th of March 1827 to which deed Refference is made for Butts and Bounds to have and to hold the Same from me the Said Michael Harvey<\/strong> My heirs and assigns unto the Said Richard Mcqueen his heirs and assigns forever, and the Said Mcqueen is to have possession of the same the first of ____ nest. In testimony whereof I the Said Michael Harvey<\/strong> have hereunto set my hand and afforod my seal this 19 July 1862.<\/p>\n Attest<\/p>\n H.
