FARR (1888)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Contributed by Alice Foster Blevins &#8211; August 2009<\/p>\n<p>Blount County Warranty Deed Book N-N<\/p>\n<p>Page 305<\/p>\n<p>We, <strong>Abraham Lane<\/strong> and <strong>Martha Lane<\/strong> of State of Tennessee, County of Blount hereby and herein sell, transfer and convey to <strong>D. G. Farr<\/strong>, his heirs, assigns forever for the consideration of one dollar a certain parcel of land lying and being in the 18th Civil District of Blount County, the state of Tennessee beginning at the public road near A. Lane\u2019s barn (?) thence up the branch towards the mountains with the staked line to Rhoda Chambers\u2019 line near the popular corner. Said parcel of land being 12 ft wide containing \u00bc acre more or less. To have and hold the said D. G.
