Farr, have this day bargained and sold to <strong>D. G. Farr<\/strong> my undivided interest in a farm known as the <strong>William Farr<\/strong> farm adjoining <strong>Abraham Lane<\/strong>, <strong>Andrew Walker<\/strong> and others in the state of Tennessee, Blount County District 18 for the consideration of fifteen dollars to me paid in hand. I bind myself, my heirs and assigns to ? Out and defend the title of said land forever against all persons whomsoever. Which is one third interest of fifty acres more or less.
