Requesting information on John Wesley TAYLOR, b. 1818 in WilliamsonCty, m. Letty GIVENS 1837. Lived on the South Harpeth below SmithSprings. Thos. Hello: I am interested in finding out any information on Allen andNancy BULLOCK BARGER my gr-gr-grandparents. Allen BARGER was born inTn. ABT of 1801. Nancy was born in Tn. ABT of 1815. I don't knowwhere either Allen and Nancy were born. In 1829, I found a landgrant for 100 acres of land in Morgan Co. Tn. issued to Allen BARGER. I now have a deed for this property out of Morgan Co. Tn. for the100 acres signed by Governor William Carroll of Tn. It is my beliefthat Allen and Nancy lived in Bledsoe Co. Tn. beforing moving toRipley Co. Missouri in the 1830's.
