BISHOP, MODLIN, POMEROY

After searching for some time for my BISHOP ancestors, I have recently acquired information that they may have lived in Williamson County for a time. What I received follows: James M. BISHOP(b.AL about 1841) married Sarah C. MODLIN (b. TN about 1844) daughter of Berry and Mary POMERORY MODLIN from this county on April 13, 1867. They had four children, William, James W., Walter Paige, and Alice, the last two (perhaps all) born in Dyer County, TN. Any information on these families would be very appreciated. I have nothing on the BISHOP side and have only just received the information on the MODLIN's so anything would help. I had not known Sarah's surname before this. Walter was my grandfather.
