Ordered by Court that Robert Watson be appointed overseer off the road from the home of Robert Gamble to the first branch on top of Cumberland Mountain East of Cranes and keep the same in repair as the law requires and that Nicholas Gillentine Esqr. assign a list of hands to work thereon &c.

Ordered by Court that the road as reviewed by Lewis Phillips Comr appointed at the last term of this Court. AS passing through and by Harold Suggs farm be established and that Alexander Cook overseer thereof open and keep the same in repair as the law requires, with the usual hands assigned him. Issd. 15^th, Nov. 1815. No. 11

Ordered by Court that Andrew Gamble, David Thompson, Sampson Mooney, Daniel Clark, and James Simpson be appointed as comes to review lay off and mark a road the nearest and best way round the farm of John Merrel and make report there of to the next term of this Court &c. Issd. Nov. 3^rd, 1815.

Ordered by Court that Brittian Johnson be appointed Overseer of the road from Fergerson path to allens Ferry upon the Caney fork and keep the same in repair as the alw requires and that William Irwin Esqr. assign a list of hands to work there on &c. Issd. Nov. 3^rd, 1815. No. 12.
