P. 201  by his attorney as well as the Defendant in proper person, and the Defendant says that he cannot gainsay the plaintiffs action and there upon with drew his pleas and confessed Judgment for the sum of one hundred and ten dollars and one cents the debt in the Declaration Mentioned, and doth agree that the plaintiff hath sustained damages by occasion of the detention there of to Nine dollars and thirty five cents besides cost.-  It is there fore considered by the Court that the plaintiff recover against the Defendant for the use of the County of White, the debt and damages aforesaid, in Manner and form aforesaid, in agreed upon by him as aforesaid about his suit in this behalf expended, and the said Defendant May be immerced &c. and the plaintiff there upon came into Court, and agrees to stay the execution of this Judgment until the 25th, day of October Next, where upon it was ordered accordingly.-
