P. 195  by his attorney, Isaac Thomas Esqr. a rule is admitted to shew cause why the appeal of this case should not be dismissed.-

Ordered by Court that Elish Davis be released from the payment of taxes in the County of White for the year 1812 on a tract of land containing four hundred and twenty nine acres- it appearing that the same had been returned for the same year 428 acres- and that a copy of the same be good with the Sheriff in settlement with the County treasurer.-

Ordered by Court that the Road leading Sparta to Bledsoe County as out round field of John Porter be established as part of said Road, and that Abner Moore keep the same in repair as the law requires, with the same hands which now work under him, and it is ordered accordingly.-
