            Issd.     Ordered by Court that the order of yesterday requiring the sheriff of White County to bring two boys and one girl children of Rebecca Lee into Court to be dealt by as may seem right and according to law, be removed returnable to the next term of this Court.

 

            Issd      Ordered by Court that John England, Sr., John Smith, James Scott, William Snodgrass and Solomon Duncan freeholders be appointed a Jury of view to lay off and mark a road of the third Class from Snodgrass mill the nearest and best way passing John England, Sr., to intersect the Carthage road at some suitable point and report thereof to the next term of this Court.

 

            This day Dosia Lay late Dosia Hooper appeared in open Court and made choice of and selected Thomas Walling to be her lawful guardian, who being also in open Court took the oath prescribed by law and together with Smith J. Walling and Thomas Green entered into and acknowledged bond in the sum of eight hundred dollars conditioned as the law requires.
