This day came the parties by their Attornies and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the Defendant as Constable had collected the amount of a Judgment recovered by the plaintiff against Edwd Gleeson Jr. before William C. Britain Esqr. and that he had failed to account for $7.50 part thereof.  It is therefore considered by the Court that the plaintiff recover against the defendants, the sum of seven dollars fifty cents besides cost of motion.

Ordered that Jacob Robinson, Solomon Yeager, Reuben Willhite, Abraham Broyles, Jno. Scoggon, senr., Simon Doyle & David Mitchell, be appointed reviewers to lay off and mark a road the nearest and best way from the bridge at Sparta passing Sperrys Mills, James Simpsons to the Caney fork at the mouth of Oine creek or near thereof, and maek report to the next Court.

The comrs. appointed at the last term of this court to review the road from Sparta to Gum Spring as it now runs, and as it formerly run, say that the old road is the best way.  Whereupon it is ordered
