P. 80      Alexander Lowrey and Willian Gist and acknowledged themselves indebted to the State of  Tennessee in the sum of  $1000 towit the Defendant in the sum of $500, and the said Alexander Lowrey and William Gist in the sum of $250 each to be levied of their goods and chattle lands and tenements to the use of the State to be void on condition that the Defendant shall make his personal appearance here in open Court on the third day of the next term then and there to answer the State in the above cause and attend from day to day and not depart  the Court with out leave first had and obtained.

Campbell and acknowledged themselves indebted to the State of Tennessee in the sum of $1000 towit, the Defendant in the sum of $500, and Nathan Haggard and William H. Campbell in the sum of $250 each to be levied of their respective goods and chattle lands and tenements to the use of the State to be void on condition that the Defendant do make his personal appearance here in open Court on the third day of the next term of this Court.  Then and there to answer the State in the above cause and attend from day to day and not depart with out leave of the Court first had and obtained.
