Red Eye Gravy
Fry a ham. Use coffee that had sat out from the day before and add to grease left in pan after you fried the ham (about ½ to 1 cup of coffee). Stir to get all the grease mixed in and any “crispies” on the bottom of the pan.
Serve. Sop with biscuits. Gets rid of red eye!
