2# round of pork (leg)

2# round of veal

Cut into pieces and place pieces of meat alternately on individual skewers. Dip into egg batter and roll in bread crumbs. Fry in deep fat. Place in a pan with a small amount of water. Place in slow oven and bake 1 hour.
