Tamale Pie

$ .25 neck meat

$ .20 pork

4 onions

1 button garlic

1/2 cup raisins

1 pint olives

1 pound cheese

about 4 cups cornmeal

3 cups red pepper juice

Salt and chili powder to taste

Boil pork in water until all grease is out. Then stir in cornmeal and cook 1/2 hour. Then fry beef until brown. Cut in small pieces. Then add onion and garlic and cook until tender. Then put in layer of cornmeal, then layer of meat. Then cornmeal, olives, raisins, and cheese.
