Honey Chocolate Cake
1/2 cup shortening 3/4 cup sugar 1/2 cup honey 2 eggs 2 chocolate squares, melted 1 3/4 cup flour 1 tsp. soda 1/2 tsp. salt 3/4 cup thick sour milk Cream shortening. Add sugar gradually and cream. Add honey and cream completely. Add well beaten eggs. Blend in chocolate. Sift flour before measuring. Sift flour, soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture alternately with sour milk. Mix well and pour in well greased and floured pan and bake. 40-45 minutes, 350 degrees.
