1 pkg yellow cake mix
2 pkgs. cream cheese
2 containers whipped cream
2 lg. cans crushed pineapple, drained
1 pkg. flaked cocunut, toasted in the oven
cake mix to package instructions. Pour into large cookie sheet
and bake. Cool to room temperature. Spread cream cheese,
that has been softened to room temperature, evenly atop cake.
Spread whipped cream evenly atop sour cream. Spread drained,
crushed pineapple evely atop whipped cream, being careful not to mush
down into whipped cream. Sprinkle toasted cocunut atop
cake. Refrigerate. Delicious!
