Chocolate/Peanut-Butter Fudge

2 cups sugar

1 can sweetened milk (evaporated)

1 Tablespoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup peanut-butter

1 Tablespoon cocoa baking powder

1/4 teaspoon butter

1. Prepare dinner plate by greasing with butter. Set aside.
2. In a medium sized saucepan, put sugar and milk. Bring to a full rolling boil over medium-high heat, stirring
constantly until soft ball stage. This step could take 25-35 minutes.
3. Remove from heat and add vanilla, then cocoa. Once mixed well, add peanut-butter. Stir until mixture pulls
away from the sides of the pan.
4. Pour out onto buttered plate and let cool at least 10-15 minutes before cutting and eating.
