Enclosed is a bill for board and tuition of Edw Rogers in Fayetteville Tenn. agt. Mrs R. now of Friana [?]. I want immediate action to avoid the Statues of limits. Edward lives at the drug store a few doors below Scott’s Auction room & has acknowledged the justice of the act. as we margin the act.

Please proceed immediately & let me hear if any further evidence is needed Yet to be added from time sworn to.
