State of Alabama Montgomery County.
I, John Sankey, being about to clean the slate and in bad health,
knowing
the uncertainty of life,
I would wish to make some disposition of my property to take place
after my
death and I do
Hereby make the following my last will and testment.
I will and bequeath to my wife Patience Sankey, the following negroes
to
wit:
Bob, Mariah and her child George.
Daughter, Ann Sankey the following negroes:
Washington, Bellos, Buster.
Witnesses: James B. Stephens, William D. Sankey, James C. Sankey.
