......."I, Marble Stone, of the County of Montgomery, State of Alabama....."
First.....negro man, JACOB, be sold as early as convenient.....just debtsand
funeral expenses are paid, the balanace of the price... of sd. negro ...paid
to my wife MARY STONE.
Also....bequeath unto my loving wife Mary, one negro boy named EAUSAU,
together with the rest....of my Estate.
Also....better education of my sons, CLARK M. STONE, and EDWARD P. STONE, I
give and dispose of the tuition and custody of them unto my wife.
