To my nieces Martha W. Prichett and Elizabeth H. Vanhook a Negro woman named
Louisa and her 5 children named:  Martha, Joshua, Peter, Alexander and Maria
and 2 Negro men named Cyrus and Issac to be divided equally between them.  My
nephen John W. Wells trustee and at the death of Martha and Elizabeth the
property to descend to their lawful heirs.

Witnesses:  M.A. Lewis, John T. Dehaw, and James S. Lewis.
