4th, 1850.
"..I give and bequeath unto my daughter Anna FRENCH, one negro woman named
TEMPA, and all of her children, which are now in her possession...unto my
daughter Martha POOR, one negro woman named MARY, and her child which are
already in her possession....unto my daughter Emily CHAMBERS, one negro woman
named MARIA and her child which are now in her possession....unto my daughter
Sarah Grandberry, one negro girl named CHARITY, which is now in her
possession, and desire my son B.B. Avery to make her good titles to same
girl."
