Date of Death - Jan. 2,1995

James L. Burk of Memphis died in Methodist Central Hospital of a heart attack. A
retired self-employed construction worker, he was 64.

Services will be at 1 p.m. on Thursday in Dellwood Baptist Church. Interment will
be in Helen Crigger Cemetery in Munford with Munford Funeral Home-Millington
Chapel in charge of the arrangements.

Mr. Burk is survived by his widow, Helen Burk; a daughter, Carol Denise Howell of
Millington; five sons, Jimmy Glenn and Alan Ray Burk of Cordova, Steven Lewis and
Timothy Marcus Burk of Bartlett and Phillip Randy Burk of Marion, AR.; two
sisters, Polly Goodwin of Sledge, MS, and Earline Crawford of South Milwaukee, WI;
15 grandchildren and one great-grandson.
