Charles M Delaney. He was born about 1865 and died 7 Jan 1940. He married Rosa Bell Sweat 25 Dec 1895 in Tipton County. They lived, for a while, about 8 miles east of Covington in the Cotton Lake area. Children born to this union are Joseph William Daniel DELANEY and Johnny May Savaniel DELANEY. There may also have been a daughter. Joseph William ("Mr Billy") served as a constable for Tipton County, possibly in the '60's.
