I, Jas. F. Walsh, do make and establish this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all other wills by me at any time made.

Item First - I desire that any debts that I may owe at my death shall first be paid out of the first moneys (sic) that may come into the hands of my executor.

Item Second - I give and bequeath to my grand daughter Mary E. Euochs(?) all the property that I may die possessed of both real and personal or mixed that may be left after paying my debts and funeral expenses.

I hereby nominate Thos. H. King as the executor of this my Will.

In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this March 31st 1892.

We hereby certify that the testator Jas. F. Walsh, with whom we are personally acquainted, acknowledged the execution of the above instrument as his last Will and signed the same in our presence and we witnessed the same at his request. This March 31st 1892.

A paper writing purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Jas. F. Walsh deceased was this day produced in open Court for probate and duly proven by the oaths of W. Witherspoon and C. A. Foster subscribing witnesses thereto when the is (as written) ordered recorded as said last Will and Testament of J. F. Walsh, deceased.
