In the name of God, Amen.

I, Sarah E. TURNER of Hendersonville, Sumner County, Tennessee, make this my last will and testament. I give devise and bequeath my estate and property, real and personal, as follows, that is to say, I will and bequeath to my son, M. P. HUBBARD, the homestead upon which I now live, consisting of (31 1/4) thirty one and one fourth acres of land, together with all of my household and kitchen furniture excepting one feather bed which I devise to my grandson Jesse M. BOONE. The above named real estate and personal property to be equally divided between my son W. T. TURNER and my daughter Mary A. BOONE, after the death of my son M. P. HUBBARD. I appoint John A. PILLOW, Executor of this my will. In witness whereof I signed and sealed and published and declared this instrument as my will at Hendersonville, Sumner County, Tennessee on (11) eleventh day of November 1892.

The said Sarah E. TURNER at said Hendersonville, Sumner County, Tennessee and on said eleventh day of November 1892, signed & sealed this instrument and published & declared the same as and for her last will. And we at her request and in her presence & in the presence of each other, have hereunto written our names as subscribing witnesses.
Also I will & bequeath to my daughter Mary A. BOONE & her bodily heirs my late residence & fifteen acres of land adjoining the same & the residence of said homestead to descend to my son W. J. TURNER after the death of my son M. P. HUBBARD.

A paper writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Mrs. Sarah E. TURNER died, was this day provided in open Court for probate, where the same was duly proven by the oaths of John A. PILLOW and Isaac BROWN subscribing witnesses thereto when the same was ordered filed and recorded as the last will and testament of Sarah E. Turner died.

TURNER and Mary A BOONE were her children by her second marriage to Jesse G. TURNER.
