I do make and publish the following as my last will and testament, hereby revoking and annulling (sic) any and all wills by me heretofore at any time made.

To my sister Mrs. Georgiana Guild I give and bequeath all of my property of every kind and description, real, personal and mixed, except as hereinafter provided.

To my niece, Maria Guild, I give and bequeath all of my silver and jewelry.

To my sisters Mrs. Harriet Ralston and Mrs. Sarah Trimble, I give and bequeath all my wearing apparel, to be divided equally between them, share and share alike.

It is my will and I do so direct, That the property I received from my nephew George Reid including the Eusley stock which was so received, the same being now in the hands of my nephew, Joe Guild, be used in the erection of a monument over the grave of said George Reid.

I hereby appoint my said sister Mrs. Georgiana Guild, executrix of this my last will and testament and do not require her to give security.

In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand this the 19th day of June 1896.

Susan A. Thompson the testatrix signed her name to the foregoing instrument in our presence & acknowledged the same to be her last will and testament and at her request, we hereto sign our names as witnesses in her presence and in the presence of one another. This 19th 1896.

Sumner County Court October Term October the 12th 1897.
A paper writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Miss Susan A. Thompson dec'd was this day produced in open Court for probate, when the same was duly proven by the oaths of B.F. Allen and J.A. Trousdale subscribing witnesses thereto, when the same was ordered recorded as the last will and testament of Miss Susan A. Thompson dec'd. And Mrs. Georgiana Guild being named in said will as the executrix thereof and excused from [pg 158] giving bond, appeared in open Court and accepted said appointment and was duly qualified, and letters testamentary thereof ordered issued to her.
A true copy attest.
