I Sallie Bryan of sound mind and disposing memory do make this my last will &
testament hereby revoking all others __? conflict with the disposition herein made that my
husband A. C. Bryan have the property in Evansville, Ind. Lot No. 1., Lot?., No.3. & 4. on fifth &
Chestnut Street for __? Consideration of one dollar.

The last will & testament of Sallie Bryan was this day produced in open Court for probate & was
duly proven by the oaths of Lafayette B. Downs & J. W. Axiom, subscribing witnesses thereto
which is received by the Court & ordered to be recorded.
