In the name of God Amen: I Pierce Wall of Sumner County being sick in body but of perfect and sound memory thanks be to Almighty God for the same and calling to mind the failing of all flesh think ___ to make this my last will and Testament and ____ such worldly estate pleased God to bless me in the life I give devise in manner and form following

Item
In the first place I desire that all my lawful debts should be paid. I will and bequeath all the rest of my estate both land and other property to my two sons Simon Wall and Hugh Wall to be equally divided. It is also my will and desire that this land they shall not sell swap or dispose of till they arrive to the age of twenty five years. I also constitute and appoint James Cryer and Jon Withers the sole Executors of this my last will and testament and I do also disallow and revoke and ___ all and every Testament will or Legacy made by me heretofore and no other to be my last will and Testament. In witness whereon I have hereunto set my hand and seal this the seventh day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand and seven hundred and ninety eight.
