Know all men by these presents, that I, Rachael Malone being unsound in body but of sound mind and memory do hereby declare and ordain this to be my last Will and testament.

Item 1st - I give and bequeath to my husband Benjamin Malone all property that I may have or may be entitled to at my death both real and personally and this shall include any and all interest I have or may in and to a parcel of land containing about 40 acres lying near Cotton Town and now occupied by my father Joel Cage col., to have and to hold the same for ever. In witness whereof I this day affix my signature Aug. 15th 1892.
