I, D. M. Robb do hereby make my last will and testament and revoke any Wills heretofore made by me.

First; I desire that all my just debts shall be first paid.

Second; I hereby appoint my relatives W. N. Carter and T. J. Henley as the Executors of this my Will, with full power to execute the same by a sale of my real and personal estate not specifically devised. They are clothed with full power to sell my real estate and make title to the same and upon such terms as will make it bring the best price.

Third; I hereby give and devise to my relative Alenta? Collier a house and lot in Franklin Ky. Or the value of the same if she desires to be invested in a house for her by my Executors. Said Alenta? Collier now lives in said house and lot devised her.

Fourth; I also devise to J. H. Carter one thousand dollars ($1000.00), to Mrs. Mary Faullin, one thousand dollars ($1000.00), to Miss. Estell Carter two thousand dollars ($2000.00) to be invested in a home for her. To Thomas J. Henley two thousand dollars ($2000.00).

Fifth; I give to Ella Turner my bed -room set of furiture [sic] of five pieces which I now occupy. I also give to my friend Lavinia Fegunders one set of bed room furniture including carpet. The remainder of my household and Kitchen furniture I give to Estelle Carter and also my watch. [pg 423]

Sixth; I give my picture of sister Julia to Emma Collier and my picture of Ja W. Henley, I give to Mrs. E. Phillips.

Seventh; After the payment of the above devises I devise to the Trustees of the Presbyterian Female School at Rogersville Tenn. Two thousand dollars ($2000.00) for the benefit of said school.

Eighth; In addition to the devises in the fourth clause of my Will I devise to Sally Rutledge one thousand dollars ($1000.00).

Witness my hand this June 11th 1888.

Sumner County Court June Term 1888.
A paper writing purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Mrs. D. M. Robb deceased, was this day produced and opened in open Court for probate by Col. J. J. Turner and Dr. A. J. Swaney. The witnesses thereto, when the same was duly proven by the oaths of said J. J. Turner, and A. J. Swaney subscribing witnesses thereto when the same is received by the Court and ordered recorded.
