I Daniel Latimer do make and publish this as my Last Will and Testament hereby revolking all former Wills by me made

1st I desire that my funeral expenses and all my debts Iff any Heirs should be should be paid out of any money .... have or as soon as it can be collected

2nd I desire that whatever I may dispofsed of shall be equally divided among my children James Fitch Latimer, Thomas Latimer, John Latimer, Daniel Latimer, Alexander Latimer, William Latimer, Jane Durett, Abigail Fitch Hunt, Elizabeth Lucas, & Mary Moss. After the death of my wife Elizabeth should the.......................into her my plantation & the ........of...........negroes during her life then if my sons Harrison & William prefer it they are to have the Plantation divided between them as equatable as it can for & receive it at what it is valued at on the last if they don't want it then it may be Sold publickly or at the direction of my Executor by Counceling any heirs as to my Shares if my children can agree & divide them at their worth if they Cannot divide them then they are to be Sold to the highest bidder unless they are ............ and Sell them... any of my children may have to my death to divide from their Shares of what ..... ... if which is Contained in a Book I keep for that purpose and I do appoint my son Daniel Latimer my Executor in of which I do this ....... Last will and Seal this 25th February 1850.

The last Will and Testament of Daniel Latimer was this day produced probate and was duly proved by the oath of A. H. G ...... and James thereto to and is ordered to be recorded ......... Latimer the Executor in open court and his Executor then William appointed Adminsitrator will together with James and Daniel Latimer in open court and into and thereto and is to the State of Tennessee in the Sum of thousan dollars. with
