I Catharine Malone Widow of Hallery Malone decd I do make and publish as my last Will and testament hereby revoking and making void all other Wills by me at any time made,

First I direct that my funeral Expenses and all my debts be paid as soon after my death as pofsible [possible] out of any money that I may die pofsed [possed] of or may first come into the hand of my Executor

2nd I give and bequeath to my Son Chs B Malone all my slaves, Ben, Aaron, Becka, Ely.

I give and bequeath to my grandaughter Catharine Efsex [Essex] my bed & furniture,

4hly I give and bequeath to my Grandaughter Susan C Malone daughter of James N Malone One bed & furniture

5thly I give and bequeath to my grandaughter Elizabeth Malone Daughter of Chs B Malone One trundle bed & furniture

6thly I give and bequeath to my daughter of Sally Harper Fifty dolls in money

7th I give & bequeath all the remainder of my Estate to my sons Wm L. & James N Malone, Lastly I do hereby nominate and appoint Chs B Malone my Executor in Witnefs [Witness] whereof I do to this my Will Set my hand Seal this 5th of Febry 1856

The last Will and testament of Catharine Malone decd was this day produced in open Court for probate and was duly proved by the Oath of Geo T Brown One of the Subscribing Witnefses thereto and ordered to be recorded. And Chs B Malone the Executor named in said Will appeared in Open Court and accepted the Execution of the same, And thereupon the said Chs B Malone together with Geo T Brown his security appeared in Court And entered into and acknowledged their hand to the State of Tennefsee in the Sum of Seventy five hundred dollars Conditioned as to Law direct and was duly qualified
