I, B. B. Bruce of the County of Sumner and State of Tennessee, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make and publish this as my last will and testament, viz:

Item 1 - I will and direct all my just debts be paid as soon after my death as possible, out of the first money on hand, or that may first come into the hands of my Executor to this my last will and testament.

Item 2 - It is my will, and I do hereby give and bequeath to my beloved wife, Martha N. Bruce, and my daughters, Mary A. Bruce, Martha L. Bruce and Sallie A. Bruce, all my estate, both real, personal and mixed, consisting of my farm on which I now live containing 150 acres, more or less, and bounded north by T. B. Youree and P. E. Youree; south by Cumberland River; east by Bledsoe's Creek, and west by Cairo, all my stock, farming utensils, crops growing or gathered on hand at my death, household and kitchen furniture, notes or accounts due my estate, and everything, or item of whatever nature, owned by me atmy death; my wife Martha N. Bruce, to have a life estate only in said estate, and at her death it shall all go tomy daughters, Mary A. Bruce, Martha L. Bruce and Sallie A. Bruce, their heirs and assigns forever; and in case either of my daughters should die before I do, then their interest or interests is to goto the surviving daughter at my death, subject to the life estate of their mother; it being my will that my daughters living at my death have all I possess subject to the life estate of my wife, Martha N. Bruce, and that they live at the old home together and run and use my estate for their joint support and benefit, and at the death of my wife to go to my daughters and their heirs and assigns forever.

I hereby nominate J. R. Bruce, my son, as executor to this my last will and testament.

Said will was duly probated in the County Court of Sumner County, Tennessee, at the July Term 1905, of said court, the name being of record in Will Book 5, page 3___ [?] in the said County Court.
