I, Alexander Stark of the County of Sumner and State of Tennessee being of sound and disposing mind do make and ordain this to be my last Will and Testament To wit;

Item: 1st. I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Nancy Stark all the property of which I may die possessed whether real, personal or mixed, in possession or expectancy to have use and enjoy as she may choose during the term of her natural life.

Item: 2nd. I direct that all the property that may remain in possession of my said wife at her death be equally divided between my niece Mrs. Margaret Richardson, daughter of my brother Henry Stark and Nannie Read, daughter of Johnathan Read and niece of my wife Nancy.

Item: 3rd. I appoint my said wife Nancy sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament without Bond or Security enjoining upon her the prompt payment of all my just debts .

Sumner County Court November Term Nov. 27th. 1889.
A paper writing purporting to be the last Will and Testament of A. Stark deceased, was this day produced in open Court for probate and duly proven by the oaths of W.S. Callender one of the subscribing witness thereto the other Witness being C.W. Callender whose death is proven to the Court when said paper writingis received by the Court and ordered filed and recorded as the last Will and Testament of A Stark deceased.
