State of Tennessee Sumner County July the 31st 1829
I William Dorris beaing in alow State of helth and in my write mind and Sencesses and beaing well aware of the many Diseases of life and the Shortness of life and the Cententy of Death
First of all I commend my Self and my family to all mighty God, Amen, --
First of all I commend my Self to all mighty God, Amen
Secondala I will all of my Personala Estate ta my loving wife Katharine Dorris, to, viz, my Land with all its appertinances belonging there unto and all of the rest of my property and Estate evry and all the prophets arising from any part of my Estate to have the as her one to Dispose of as she may thing proper and to live on During her naturel Life time and after her Death it is mey will that what property is left then to be Equalla Devided among all of my Lawfull heirse or sold and the price equalla Devided among all of my Lawfull herse, this beaing my lats will and testament in Concideration of where of I Set my hand and Seal this the Day and date above writen
