In the name of God Amen. I Thomas TULLOCK of the County of Beaufort and state of North Carolina being in sound mind and understanding do publish this my last will and Testament.

First All it is my desire that all my just debts should be paid and in order to _ the _ it is my will, that all my debts of whatever kind it may consist may be sold at public sale _ six months. _ and as soon as the money _ from said sale come into the hands of my executor hereafter mentioned it is my will that they immediately apply it to the discharge of my debts and should not be sufficient for the discharge of the whole of my debts, in this case it is my will that each of my _ be joined share and share alike in proportion to there respective debts, but should, but should my _ after the discharge of the as above directed it is my will, that _ _ be divided in two equal shares between my wife Susannah Tullock and John Vinson Tullock and that the share coming to my son be _ to interest until he is of age, but should my son John Vinson Tullock die before he comes of age its my will that my wife Susannah Tullock should have the whole. And whereas I was appointed Guardian to Fanny (Boles or Bolan) daughter to my sister Sarah (Haskins/Hoskins/Hoskens) in consequence of which four hundred Continental dollars came into my hands, which awarding to the _ _ worth one hundred pounds currency, it is _ my will that one hundred pounds currency be paid to whomever court of the County of Orange where the said Fanny Boles now resides may appoint to be her Guardian _ to the payment of any other debts. Lastly I do nominate and appoint my wife Susannah Tullock, James Cole Mo__florence?, Robert F?, and Andrew Armstrong to execute this my last will and testament.

Halifax County _ February _ 1795. _ this will was exhibited in open court and duly proved by the oath of John Brown one of the subscribing witnesses who on his oath did say that he saw the Testator sign seal and publish and decree this to be his last will and testament and at the time of signing the same was of sound mind and memory to the best of his knowledge and belief and _ ordered to be recorded _
