The nuncupative will of S__STALLCUP was done on Saturday the 25th day of March in the __ and twenty - we whose names are under_ and written being present some little before he decease, his desire appeared to be in the following request to wit. He being as we believe fell in his _ Item the first that al his just debts should be paid after that being done the balance or residue of his property both real and personal should remain in the possession of his wife Barbary STALLCUP during her natural life to raise and school their children on and that at her death to be equally divided amongest them all- the foregoing being the substance of said S _ STALLCUPS request on his death bed- given under our hands this 30th day of March in the year 1820.

The deposition of William SANDERS, Charles SANFORD and Jenny KING _ to be last will and testament of S _ STALLCUP did dated this 30th of March 1820 were produced in court and sworn to by said Wm SANDERS and Jenny KING- _ _ is established as the last will and testament of the said S_ STALLCUP were upon are making letters of administration with _ will _ are granted to Barbary STALLCUP relict of decd and Elijah STALLCUP who entered into bond with George STALLCUP and John WALLACE _ securities in the penalty of three thousand dollars conditioned as the law directs.
