Tollie Devasier O'Neal (b. 4 Apr 1886, d. 22 Sep 1960) was the son of Dock Patrick O'Neal and Martha Jane Carter. Patrick was the son of Hezekiah O'Neal Sr. and Sarah Coley. Martha Jane was the daughter of James Carter and Mary O'Neal.

Tollie is pictured with his wife Alvia Ethel Carter (b. 14 Feb 1896, d. 27 Mar 1985). She was the daughter of Rev. Samuel Sidney Carter and Louisa Huntsman.
Samuel was the son of John "Jack" Carter and Elizabeth Keen. Louisa was the daughter of Henry Huntsman and Susan Watkins
