Agreeable to an order of Court to us directed from the Worship full Court of Sumner County Court November Term1831 we have proceded to divide and allot the following negroe property to the Heirs therein named as their Proportionable part of said property of the Estate of James Bently Desed-------

To wit Mary Bentley Drew Anjaline Valued at Two Hundred and Twenty five dollars is Intitled to Receive from other Heirs Eighty Dollars

William Bently Drew Elitha _ wryth Valued at Three Hundred and Twenty five Dollars is Intitled from other Heirs Thirty Dollars

Jeremiah Bently Drew Phaniba and Louisa Valued at Two Hundred and Seventy five Dollars is Intitled to Receive from other Heirs Eighty Dollars

John Bently Drew Heram Valued at four Hundred and Twenty five Dollars Pays to otherHeirs Seventy Dollars

David Bently Drew Aleseander Valued to Four Hundrew and Twenty five Dollars Pays to other Heirs Seventy Dollars

Patsy Turnage Drew Clarisa Valued at three Hundrew Dollars is Intitled from other Heirs fifty five Dollars

The Children of Reuben M Blakemore Drew Able Valued at Two Hundred and Seventy five Dollars and Intitled to Receive from other Heirs Eighty Dollars
