I have a lot more to share of these numerous families if anyone is interested. If you find any fault in my info, please let me know. Most of what I have, I found at the Sumner Co. Archives in Gallatin. Contributor of info found at the archives was compiled by Margaret Snider. I would also like to thank Harry Marlin for filling in many holes and giving me info on Elizabeth Hollis' history dating back to the 1500s in Switzerland. The rest I found with the help of the mosquitos, poison ivy, and briers of Sumner Co. I especially want to thank Mrs. Stark for her help in understanding genealogy and her wealth of knowledge concerning our history.
